Comments (primary residence)

"I made a comment in the fall about going to bars in an area of Seattle that is frequented by a decent number of openly gay people. I believe I said that it "wasn't my thing" and I mentioned that I saw two men kissing in the street. A person near me who was gay overheard and told me that he was very offended. I don't consider myself to be homophobic, and have had some gay friends, but I guess I learned that even something that does not seem offensive can be offensive after all."
